Structural Features:

Shree Engineers Air Heaters are highly efficient economical and compact in sizes with minimum maintenance, running cost. The Hot Air Generator consists of air heater body, fabricated our of mild steel duly insulated from inside, combustion chamber fabricated out of Mild steel, centrifugal blower, control panel, electric motor, pulleys and Bet etc. The centrifugal blower is fitted at the bottom or at the top as per customer's requirements depending on the outlet of the hot air. The hot air from the plenum chamber at the top of the unit is ducted away to the required places. A flame viewing port with glass is provided on the opposite side of the burner. The dust proof pre-wired powder coated electrical control panel box is fitted On the Air Heater, The assembly/fitting and testing of the Air Heaters are carried our as per International Standards.

Air Blower:

Our air heaters are fitted with powerful centrifugal fans to extract maximum heat from the combustion chambers. These fans are directly coupled with the motor to maintain constant speed of the blower. NI the bearing is lubricated for life and maintenance free under normal operating conditions. The impeller is specifically designed and balanced.

Control Panel:

The Control panel is fitted with accessories Ike contactors relays, MCB, temperature indicator cum controller of reputed makes Like Larsen & Toubro Ltd/ABB and Siemens. The electric motors are of NOEF/Siemens /Crompton, Bharat Bijli and ABB.
