STRUCTURAL FEATURES

Shree Engineers Air Heaters are highly efficient, economical and compact in sizes with minimum maintenance/ running cost. The Hot Air Generator consists of air heater body, fabricated our of mild steel duly insulated from inside, combustion chamber fabricated out of Mild steel, automatic oil/gas fired burner, centrifugal blower, control panel, electric motor, pulleys and Belt etc. The centrifugal blower is fitted at the bottom or at the top as per customer's requirement depending on the outlet of the hot air. The hot air from the plenum chamber at the top of the unit, is ductd away to the required places. Aflame viewing port with glass is provided on the opposite side of the burner. The dust proof pre-wired powder coated electrical control panel box is fitted On the Air Heater, The assembly/fitting and testing of the Air Heaters are carried our as per International Standards.

AIR BLOWER

Our air heaters are fitted with powerful centrifugal fans to extract maximum heat from the combustion chambers. These fans are directly coupled with the motor to maintain constant speed of the blower. All the bearing are lubricated for life and maintenance free under normal operating conditions. The impeller is specifically designed and balanced To obtain maximum efficiency and noiseless operation.

OIL/GAS BURNER

The imported burner is a horizontal firing pressure atomizing, forced draft with direct electric spark ignitions. The Burner is Installed on the front side of the unit. The oil/gas burner consists of an elecrical motor, directly Coupled Blower, Gas regulation valve, sequence controller, ignition transformer, photocell, nozzles and other accessories. The Burner Are made out of imported components from world class reputed companies like Landis & Gyr (Germany), Cofi/Fida (Italy), Dungs (Germany), Suntec (France), Denmark, Monarch (USA), SIEMENS (Italy) thus ensuring Trouble Free uninterrupted operation.
